At Graceview Residences, we strive to provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure a pleasant experience, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may be subject to extra fees.

• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

2. Occupancy & Visitors

• Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

• Visitors are permitted between 8:00 and 21:00, but they must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

• Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay.

3. Noise & Respect for Neighbours

• Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 8:00. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.

• Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Any complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise may result in early termination of the stay without a refund.

4. Cleanliness & Property Care

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay.

• Any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

• Trash should be disposed of properly in designated bins.

5. Smoking & Substance Use

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee of £150 will be charged for violations.

• The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

6. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed

• Additional cleaning fees or security deposits may apply for guests with pets.

7. Security & Safety

• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.

• Lost keys or access cards must be reported immediately. A replacement fee may apply.

• Any suspicious activity should be reported to management.

8. Kitchen & Cooking

• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves.

• Please ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.

• Do not dispose of food waste or oil down the sink.

9. Liability & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Graceview Residences is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Any breach of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
