1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Flexible Bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will receive a partial refund of 50%.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.

1.2 Non-Refundable Bookings:

• If you booked a non-refundable rate, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.

1.3 Early Departures:

• Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for refunds for unused nights unless otherwise agreed upon.

1.4 No-Shows:

• Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged the full stay amount.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Any bank or transaction fees incurred due to refunds will be the responsibility of the guest.

2.2 Refund Exceptions:

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the property that does not align with misleading advertising.

• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or pandemics) may qualify for a refund or credit, subject to management discretion.

3. Modification of Bookings

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates fall under different pricing.

• Guests requesting modifications should contact us at least 3 days before check-in.
